Pleincoeur has created the Heritage collection as a tribute to the pastry-making skills passed down by our grandmothers. Drawn from memories, it was within the family that the story of old moulds was born. Pleincoeur wants to bring this gift from our grandmothers back into the spotlight. Pleincoeur tells our personal stories with a gourmet touch, for unique desserts.
