Kit Spiral Roll1100, the wraparound textured bûche which provides the creation of original entremets with a volume of 1100 ml. The kit is made of a plastic support and two silicone mats, a decorated and a smooth one, guaranteeing two different types of creations with the same mould. Suitable for decoration with spray masses and for frostings.
