Mr Pillow, created as a modern version of the classic log, can be matched with Silikomart Professional mould Jr Pillow for original inserts which give an amazing effect when cutting. Thanks to its versatility and resistance to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F), Mr Pillow is suitable both for blast chiller and for the oven.
